Healthy and easy cookies

You know the feeling. You're craving something sweet but you're trying to eat healthy. I have the solution; it's this simple!

The only thing you need is:

  • Quest bar (which ever flavour you desire)
  • Microwave or if you can stand to wait for a few minutes, an oven
  • If you want to go nuts, a few chopped and toasted nuts (he, he)

Instructions:

Cut your quest bar into 4-5 pieces
Heat the oven to 200 C
Spread out the pieces on a baking sheet and heat for a minute in the oven, so that they become soft and then press them into cookie shape, and sprinkle with toppings if you wish. Bake for a few minutes, you know they're ready when they rise a bit. Be careful not to burn! 




And the result...


BOOM! 



 The best cookies you can imagine! I'm not even kidding, if I have to decide between a normal cookie and a quest bar cookie I'll go with this one.

Protein: 4 g
Fat: 1,2 g
(Net) Carbs:0,6 g
